license in 1983. Through the twists and turns of life, I have also held a
mortgage officer license and title producer license as well. That additional

In 2007
as the economy seemed to come to a screeching halt, I started working
with distressed homeowners to help them complete short sales. Many
conditions caused these problems, job loss, death, divorce and illness.
